Anyone using this case study may be interested in the following news item: The New York Times-based blog “Dot Earth” featured the following story about a company that was trying to promote
algae blooms (using iron fertilization) in order to create carbon
credits for sale on the offset market. The plan was stopped, and the
company, Planktos, is not pleased.
